Selecting high quaility ingredients, which are in season, picked at their peak, is our secret for creating vibrant and flavorful food. Presentation is always tasteful and beautiful. We are committed to supporting local farmers and producers throughout the inland Northwest and practice gentleness with the environment.
From casual gatherings.... to formal events, Feast will work with you to create the perfect menu based on your vision and budget. Events of all sizes are welcome….intimate gatherings of 20 people to large scale events of 500 people.
We offer plated dinners, modern buffet style menus, appetizer stations, cocktail party menu's, dessert stations and cocktail and wine bars. Complimentary Drop-off catering is available. We will take care of all the little details, from rentals, staffing, set up and clean up…. so you can actually relax and enjoy your own event. Feast provides a team of staff who are polished, genuinly warm and always professional.
Feast's chef/owner, Sylvia Fountaine, has over 20 years of food industry experience. She began her culinary experience in Spokane in 1996 when she started Mizuna Restaurant. After 10 years of growing Mizuna into a successful business, she began Feast Catering Co. in 2006. Currently, she and her husband, Brian run and operate Feast.
